Right of Withdrawal

Important: For contracts for leisure events tied to a specific date or period (e.g. a course on a particular date), there is generally no right of withdrawal under § 312g(2) no. 9 of the German Civil Code. The following applies to cases where a right of withdrawal does exist.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (AiNext GmbH, Lindenstraße 2, 87787 Wolfertschwenden, Deutschland, email: kontakt@world4sport.com) of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction.

Early expiry / services

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay a reasonable amount for the service already provided up to the point of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal expires for a fully performed service if you expressly agreed and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal.
